35th anniversary conference

Earl Mountbatten Hospice has been the Isle of Wight's only hospice for 35 years and is known for innovation across the UK and beyond. We provide expert medical, nursing and domiciliary end of life care and bereavement support to people in their own homes, including care homes, in our Newport building and in the local hospital. Our 35th anniversary conference is an opportunity to share our own expertise as an 'Outstanding' organisation, and to hear from other leading experts in the end of life care sector.
The one-day event, on 3 November 2017 at the New Holmwood Hotel in Cowes, will feature a number of national and local expert speakers in the fields of end of life/palliative care, along with opportunities to put learning into practice with a number of workshops. The conference is designed for anyone interested in or working in health and social care.

"What should have been a very stressful time was eased by the love, professionalism and warmth we received from all the staff."

Sandra Aldridge, wife of Colin
